Thursday 6th PM - From Waste to Print (Screen Printing with Kitchen Scrap Ink) with Kasper & Jolinde

€35.00
COMING SOON

A playful and experimental screen-printing workshop where participants create their own printing inks from kitchen scraps and food waste, exploring circular colour-making and low-impact printing.

This workshop flips the script on where colour comes from. Rather than reaching for conventional inks, participants will learn how to extract and transform everyday food waste into expressive printing inks — discovering the surprising range of colour and texture that scraps can yield.

Using these handmade inks, you’ll experiment with screen-printing techniques to build layered, one-of-a-kind prints. The focus is on curiosity and play over perfection — this is a space to test, mix, and see what happens when you let unconventional materials take the lead.

All participants leave with their own printed pieces and a fresh perspective on waste, colour, and what it means to make something from nothing.

Material Cost: 15€ paid directly to Kasper & Jolinde on site.

Skill Level/Prerequisite’s: This workshop is open to all levels.

Minimum age: 8 years old.

Afternoon workshops start after our lunch break around 2:00pm (14:00) and end around 5 or 6pm.

Kasper & Jolinde speak Dutch and English.

If language is a barrier we are confident you will learn even if you speak or understand broken English. So much of the learning depends on seeing, feeling, and hearing the sounds as well.

IMPORTANT- Festival Tickets are booked separately and in addition to workshops. Please be sure you have booked your ticket before booking workshops!
