REGISTRATION

•Photo ID

CAMPING GEAR

•Tent if camping

•Sleeping bag

•Sleeping Pad

•Camp Chair (these are good for your campsite or around the fire)

•If you are car camping it could be nice to have a cart or bicycle. It is a 5-7 minute walk from the main site to the parking & car camping

•Trash Bags - We ask that you pack out your own waste from your campsite)

CLOTHING & PROTECTION

•Warm Layers (plan for all possible weather!)

•Long Pants

•Hat

•Rain Gear

•Closed Toe Shoes

•Toiletries

•Towel/Shower Supplies

•Sunscreen

MESS KIT & FOOD

•Cutlery, Bowl, Plate, & Mug (This is no longer necessary as the venue has it’s own plates, cups and cutlery)

•Personal Snacks if you need them

•Cookies or snacks to share at coffee & tea station

Water Bottle - Important!!

CRAFTS & TOOLS & WORKSHOPS

•Tools (classes will provide tools where needed)

•Cash for Material Fee’s in Workshops

•Wood, Fiber, or Materials to share

•Craft Projects you wish to work on over the weekend

•Your favorite craft books - Books are teachers too! We will set up a small library on site for folks to browse great books & get inspiration. This is not necessary and only if you wish. Please mark your books with your name.*

•Your own handwork to sell or trade - We will have a collective market Sunday Morning before heading off

•Notebook & Pen/Pencils - to take notes in workshops

•Personal First Aid Kit - We will have festival first aid kits as well, but the best solution will be if you have one close and on hand

•Items for a Craft Gallery. It is really fun to see other work for inspiration, learning, and observation. These can be pieces you have made or ones from your personal collection*

OTHER

•Cash for onsite purchases - food, evening drinks, workshops, raffle, & handcrafted wares

•Musical instruments, your singing voice, stories, and special talents for around the fire

•Yoga Mat if you’d like to join Yoga classes

•Item for Raffle (we will hold our first raffle this year to fundraise for scholarships for 2024)*

•Slöjd Swap Entry (read more in the last email)*

•Tools or materials for the tool Flea Market. Everyone is welcome to bring old or unused tools and materials to barter, sell or trade.

•Fairy lights, Bunting, etc. - I was really hoping to make a bunch of bunting and decor ahead of time… then I thought it could be sweet if folks that wanted to bring something could. These are for outside to add to the festival feel. Completely optional =)

•Your best & most authentic self & and an open mind: =) The biggest and most important element of our shared event is you. Together we create a space that celebrates our differences, unique gifts and shadows. (this one should be at the top of the list =)
