Thursday 7th PM - Broom & Brush Making with Raleigh Klotzek
Join me to make this simple home item that you will use everyday, and will likely gift to everyone you know. You will learn the basics of making small hand brooms with minimal materials and tools. During a 2-3 hour broom making class we will have the opportunity to learn & make 2 hand brooms. We will work with multiple broom materials and a variety of styles. If you would like to make more brooms materials will be available for purchase.
We will have additional Broom Materials for purchase at the Festival.
Material's fee: 15€ for 2 brooms to be made in the class. Additional materials available for purchase.
Skill Level/Prerequisite’s: Open to All Levels!
Minimum age: 8-12 years old with accompanying adult. Everyone else welcome too.
Afternoon workshops start following lunch at 2 pm and end around 4:30/5.
All tools and materials will be provided by the instructor.
The workshop will be taught in English.
If language is a barrier we are confident you will learn even if you speak or understand broken English. So much of the learning depends on seeing, feeling, and hearing the sounds as well.
IMPORTANT- Festival Tickets are booked separately and in addition to workshops. Please be sure you have booked your ticket before booking workshops!
