Ida Leetz (she/her)
Ida Leetz is a german textile artist experimenting with dialouges between fibres and thoughts, playing with their potential of tension and transition. Circleing around topics of impermanance, change and belonging, she combines what she finds around her, often starting with contrast in materials and putting focus on the very beginning: a raw fibre, a seed, pigment, a line.
During her textile craft education in Sweden she fell in love with Indigo, immersing herself into its world, which became essential for her artistic work led by process and transformation.
